The Academy staff form the moderators and ops of the forums and chat.
They should be shown respect, not least because they have the power to remove you, but because they had to work to acquire their positions.
If you disagree with any of the actions of a mod or op, report them to another mod/op or to myself. These may be posting actions in general or any disciplinary routes that the mod/op has initiated, although it is advisable to first attempt to query them with the person in question.
Do not ask to become a member of staff.
Open positions will be advertised and you may apply through the appropriate channels.
